PREPARATION

  • Design and engineering of repairs to flue hot spots

  • Planning of critical paths

  • Preparation of piping and valve work

  • Determination of scaffolding and insulation requirements

PREFABRICATION

  • 1,000 inches of piping

  • 30 internal and external fittings on Neo Soumi equipment

SHUTDOWN WORK

  • Replacement of internal components on a pyrophoric column

  • 200 inches of piping, including a comprehensive study and installation of a new alloy steel line

  • Dismantling/re-tubing and testing of the COB furnace

  • Repair of a hot spot in the flue

  • Refractory repair and replacement of slide valve liners

  • Flue repair and anchoring, including Hexmetal and Speedhex

  • Diamond wire cutting

  • Removal of a riser section for repair in the workshop
