1922

Two men from Le Havre, Francis Fouré and Jean Lagadec, joined forces to create a boilermaking and ship repair company: FOURE LAGADEC.

1949

Fouré Lagadec expands its activities to industrial maintenance, marking the beginning of its diversification.

1986

Opening of the first agency dedicated to nuclear maintenance, a sign of growing expertise in demanding technical environments.

2005 - 2010

International deployment, with locations in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, close to major industrial sites.

2018

Fouré Lagadec joins the Snef Group, a major player in engineering and services for industry, energy, and the service sector. This integration marks a new stage in the group development and strengthens its capacity for innovation.

2021

With the acquisition of ACM-ACR, Fouré Lagadec strengthens its offering in the market for the production of Nuclear Pressure Equipment (ESPN).

2022

Acquisition of Navtis and integration of SOBEC, giving rise to Fouré Lagadec Brest.

Vochelet Usinage also joins Fouré Lagadec.

2023

The integration of UCMI into Vochelet Usinage has given rise to Fouré Lagadec Usinage, further expanding our expertise in precision machining.

2025

A new chapter is beginning with the arrival of CLECIM, which will enhance Fouré Lagadec industrial expertise.

2026

As part of its efforts to strengthen its industrial expertise, Fouré Lagadec has acquired CLID SYSTEMES, a member of the Snef Group and formerly part of iQanto. CLID SYSTEMES specializes in the design and manufacture of robotic and automated systems.
