We had the honor of welcoming Mr. Jean-Pierre Farandou, Minister of Labor and Solidarity, to our Fouré Lagadec site in Le Havre for a visit focused on occupational health and safety. The Minister was accompanied by: Mr. Édouard Philippe, Mayor of Le Havre and President of the Le Havre Seine Métropole Urban Community Ms. Marie-Agnès Poussier-Winsback, Member of Parliament for the 9th constituency Ms. Elsa Pépin, Sub-Prefect of the Le Havre District Nicolas Fehrenbach, CEO of Fouré Lagadec, was pleased to welcome this high-level delegation. On the agenda: 🔹 Presentation of our occupational safety and health (OSH) organization and our on-site practices, 🔹 Guided tour of our workshops: sheet metal fabrication, machining, and rotating machinery 🔹 Discussions about our safety training programs and employee support initiatives 👨🎓 This visit also provided an opportunity to address a topic that is particularly close to our hearts: youth training. Each year, we welcome nearly 100 work-study students and support students at the École de production de la métropole havraise, of which Fouré Lagadec is a founding member alongside the TotalEnergies Foundation and other industrial players in Le Havre. Training, sharing knowledge, and providing support: these are all essential missions for preparing the industrial professionals of tomorrow and ensuring technical excellence in a safe and responsible work environment. 🙏 Thank you to the Minister and the entire delegation for this visit and these constructive discussions. A highlight that illustrates our daily commitment to safety, operational excellence, and the transmission of expertise.
